It’s been a while since a thoroughly enjoyable rom-com came a calling and this one is just that and a lot more – with a neat little genre – bending existential twist.
‘Palm Springs’ is only as strong as its two lead actors and boy, they don’t disappoint. Cristin Milioti and Andy Samberg are infectious together as they try to escape the mess they’ve gotten themselves into all the while getting to know each other.
Sharp, witty and undeniably funny, ‘Palm Springs’ couldn’t have been released at a better time – long live the streaming wars.
